Oscar Riquiaconoz was arrested by Southampton Village Police shortly before 6 p.m. on September 11 and charged with DWI after he was found sitting in a parked car with two other highly intoxicated men on Windmill Lane. Police received a call from a customer at Shippy’s that there was a man rolling around on the ground. Responding officers saw the man climbing back into a car and when they approached found the man and another occupant to be dangerously intoxicated and called for an ambulance to take them to Stony Brook Southampton Hospital.
