A Sag Harbor man, Brent P. Becker, 59, was arraigned in the village’s Justice Court on Friday, December 20, on two felony charges of weapons possession, following a court-ordered emergency police search of his residence on December 10. Sag Harbor Village Police said Becker was in possession of an AR-15 as well as high-capacity magazines for the semi-automatic rifle, leading to two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
