If nothing else, the series of letters discussing Southampton Town Council candidate John Leonard has illuminated problems in recent years at the Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center that might otherwise be unknown to its small or anonymous donors. Supporters of its worthy mission would appreciate a published update on where things stand.
