PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED - For High End Residential Construction Company. Candidate should have proven track record in managing high end residential construction projects with strong leadership skills to lead diverse teams & coordinate with subcontractors. Should also have the ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure a smooth project flow. Knowledge of local Building Codes and Regulations a must. Candidate should also have experience in managing budgets and controlling costs to keep projects financially viable.
