Hiring for the 2025 season of Mid April through Mid December. This is a great change in lifestyle for any talented culinary professional seeking a change from the traditional night time hustle, and winter off. We are a private golf club in Amagansett, and serve lunch 6 days/2 nights per week during the peak season. Candidate must have experience in aspects of kitchen management, and ability to work any station. Valid food managers certificate and comparable experience is required.
